For a 25hp johnson you will probably have to have a sleeve put in it.

I've got an old style 18 chopper you can have for $250.00. I ran it on a performance inflatable with a 50 Tohatsu. What motor are you going to run?? Where are you in Florida?? The prop is in Bradenton. Let me know.

I'm not sure the hub will fit a 25xs. I don't have any pictures of it but I can take some this weekend and post them Monday. I'll check with my prop shop and see if the hub will work for you.

I know it probably wont fit but if i bought it i would just get the prop hubbed for it.Its only $20 to have a hub put in.That sound great about the photos.

There is an 18 pitch on e-bay with a buy it now for $120. Ahh someone bid on it. The diameter is 14" but it could be cut.
