WANTER - PERIOD TUNNEL BOAT FOR MERCURY TWISTER I ENGINE I AM REBUILDING

I have a Mercury Twister I engine I am rebuilding and I would very much like to acquire a period of that time boat for it. I believe pickelfork tunnels didn't even exist then but the Kitson's and Molinari's did as well as some others. It can be in nice shape or a project to restore boat, with or without trailer. I dont't want to take the easy route and get a newer 1980s or 1990s capsule boat and yes I want to take it for the occassional serious sanctioned drag race in a nostalgia run, but I am a hydroplane racer with a purpose to run just this one OPC Mod U beast and keep it for posterity. Check out glen l boats they sell frame kits they have one called the tunnel king and it would run good with a T1.I think their web site is glenl.com. Good luck.

Thanks or the info, went and had a look but so far too stock and not a real racing version as such though it can be modified with a touch or two. With thanks for the info and I have looged the site. - John Taylor
