Lifeline sizes

I aim looking at buying a lifline jacket it was posted on another thread 52" chest my chest measures about 51"' how close do these jackets fit to the measurement.

I've had two Lifeline's, and I think they run small.

I had a medium and still have a small, (for passengers). I am 6'1" 205 with a 43"- 44" chest. I could not squeeze into the medium if I had to.
