Makcolm, I have 1997 Pro Max 225 that I bought new with low hours. Very clean and not abused. I would like to take that power head off and install a 260 EFI back in its place. But I would need it complete. Especially the horn. I do have extra heads, alum flywheel and stator.

Are you interested in some type of trade? If you have any questions about my motor..I live about 1 mile away from the Mercury Dealer and they can tell you how its been serviced and how it runs. It is a very strong 2.5,225hp.

Guys, when a deal like that comes on the board you dont ask questions, you dont try to make deals, you call the guy ask questions pertaining to condition/innards of the engine then ask COD or should I mail a check. Glas83 has got the right idea. Jump on the next one before I do.
